You retain all ownership rights to any audio files, projects, and content uploaded to Bettermix. By uploading content, you grant Bettermix a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely for the purpose of:
Bettermix does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
Bettermix provides automated audio analysis services. Uploaded audio files are processed solely to generate technical analysis and reporting. We do not: Claim ownership of uploaded audio, Use uploaded audio to train public AI models, or Sell uploaded audio content. Audio files may be temporarily processed and stored where necessary to provide the Service.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and policies. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing at the advertised rate until cancellation. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Bettermix may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Bettermix provides technical analysis and informational feedback only. We do not guarantee: Commercial success, Streaming performance, Chart placement, Audience growth, or Specific artistic or business outcomes. Users remain solely responsible for decisions made using information provided by the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bettermix, its operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Bettermix during the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
